Job summary

The Grand Hyatt Deer Valley is seeking a Server Assistant / Food Runner to support the Food Server and Bartender in delivering outstanding guest service in a fast-paced resort environment at Deer Valley.

Open and flexible availability, strong communication, and the ability to lift moderate weight are required. Prior food service or bar experience is a plus; alcohol service certification may be required. This is a full-time, on-site role with employee benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Open and flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Refined verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Lift and move up to a moderate weight on a regular basis.
• Previous Food Service/Bar Back/Bartending experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Food Server and Bartender in serving guests.
• Provide support to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas during shifts.
