ST JOE RESORT OPERATIONS LLC is seeking an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to supervise, train, and ensure a 4-star, 4-diamond level of service to guests across all outlets. You will monitor operations, control labor costs, and ensure proper greetings and up-selling techniques to boost profits.

You will lead shifts, conduct pre-shift meetings, train staff on menu knowledge and safety standards, and collaborate with the F&B Manager to uphold company standards and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Three years’ supervisory food & beverage experience preferred.
• Ability to train staff on service standards and protocols.
• Strong guest-service orientation and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Anticipate restaurant needs and order supplies within budget.
• Maintain logs and ensure trace reports are updated.
• Foster guest relations and resolve complaints promptly.
• Train staff on menu knowledge, service standards and upselling.
• Monitor cleanliness, sanitation and organization of work areas.
• Control labor costs by adjusting schedules to service levels.
• Lead pre-shift meetings and brief staff on daily objectives.
• Ensure accurate POS transactions and night-end reconciliations.
