LBI National Golf & Resort is seeking an experienced Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to lead a multi‑facet operation spanning golf, dining, weddings, and resort experiences. This role oversees a talented team and shapes the F&B program to deliver memorable guest experiences in a dynamic environment.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in F&B management, strong leadership, and knowledge of wine, beer, and spirits. Able to work evenings, weekends, and peak event periods within a resort setting.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of F&B, restaurant, banquet, hotel, golf club, or resort management experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience supervising hourly staff and developing talent.
• Food, wine, beer, and spirits knowledge.
• Inventory management and purchasing experience preferred.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak events.
• Passion for hospitality and guest service.

Aufgaben

• Lead, coach, and develop the Food & Beverage team.
• Oversee daily restaurant and golf-concession operations.
• Support weddings, banquets, golf outings, and special events.
• Manage beverage purchasing, inventory, and vendor relations.
• Drive food, beverage, and labor cost controls.
• Develop service standards for memorable guest experiences.
• Collaborate with culinary, banquet, golf, sales, and resort leadership.
• Troubleshoot challenges and keep operations running smoothly.
• Grow and elevate the overall Food & Beverage program.
