Job summary

LBI National Golf & Resort is seeking an experienced Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to join its leadership team, overseeing golf, dining, weddings, events, and resort experiences. The ideal candidate will lead a talented F&B team, help shape the program, and drive service standards, cost controls, and guest satisfaction across a dynamic, multi-venue resort environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of F&B, restaurant, banquet, hotel, golf club, or resort management experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience supervising and developing hourly employees.
• Food, wine, beer, and spirits knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the Food & Beverage team.
• Oversee daily restaurant and golf concession operations.
• Help execute weddings, banquets, golf outings, and special events.
• Manage beverage purchasing, inventory, and vendor relationships.
• Drive food, beverage, and labor cost controls.
• Develop service standards that create memorable guest experiences.
• Work closely with culinary, banquet, golf, sales, and resort leadership.
• Troubleshoot challenges and keep operations running smoothly.
• Help grow and elevate the overall Food & Beverage program.
