Job summary

The Fall Line, a premier private destination golf and sporting club in Georgia, seeks an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to lead our dining and member experience. You will supervise staff, set service standards, and drive operational readiness across all F&B facilities.

You will actively engage with members, coach the team, and collaborate with departments to ensure seamless service during events and daily operations.

Qualifications

• Previous Food & Beverage leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong understanding of front-of-house restaurant and beverage operations.
• Ability to supervise, train, coach, and develop employees.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience with scheduling, inventory control, cost management, POS systems.
• Knowledge of food safety and responsible alcohol-service requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supervises Food & Beverage Department staff and provides daily leadership and accountability.
• Develops and executes training programs to standardize service.
• Conducts pre-shift briefings with current menus, events, and priorities.
• Monitors employee performance and provides real-time coaching.
• Ensures compliance with laws, regulations, and club policies.
• Develops SOPs for dining, beverage, banquet, and service.
• Coordinates with Executive Chef for front/back of house alignment.
• Engages members to tailor offerings and improve dining experiences.
