Job summary

The Fall Line is a premier private destination golf and sporting club in Southwest Georgia. The Assistant Food & Beverage Manager will lead the F&B team, ensuring top-tier service, training, and adherence to standards during all operations.

Collaborating with the Food & Beverage Manager and other departments, you will engage members and guests, tailor service to preferences, and maintain readiness for events while upholding safety and cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Leadership or supervisory experience in F&B, ideally private clubs or luxury hospitality.
• Ability to train staff and uphold consistent service standards.
• Strong guest service focus and clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead Food & Beverage staff with daily leadership and accountability.
• Develop and deliver staff training to uphold service standards.
• Coordinate with departments to ensure seamless service.
• Engage with members to tailor offerings and improve dining.
