Responsibilities
- Assist with hiring, training, development, and management of Food & Beverage staff.
- Plan, organize, motivate, and evaluate staff; establish standards and assist with administrative tasks such as staffing and payroll.
- Support daily operations across dining areas, gaming floor, and restaurants, ensuring staffing, guest service, and product quality.
- Maintain guest satisfaction through interactions and develop guest loyalty.
- Communicate departmental needs and issues to Food & Beverage Manager.
- Work with Supervisors to uphold brand standards and provide leadership and training.
- Serve as the Bepoz POS system expert, providing training and resolving issues.
- Monitor assets, staff, and guests for compliance and safety.
- Review inventories, purchases, invoices, and reports for accuracy and efficiency.
- Liaise with external agencies and leadership as needed.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Skills and Abilities
- Leadership in food & beverage operations.
- Excellent communication and guest service skills.
- Accurate money handling and stress management in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of menu development, costing, labor management, and restaurant operations.
Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality coursework preferred.
- 2-3 years in a full-service dining environment; other combinations considered.
- Serv-Safe certification and valid racing license required.
- Valid driver’s license with 3+ years driving history.
Physical Requirements & Working Conditions
- Stand for long periods; lift up to 50 pounds; work long hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Moderate to loud noise environment; variable conditions depending on guest volume.
