Description

We are seeking an Assistant Food and Beverage Manager to assist in supervising the daily operations of our food and beverage department. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring guest and employee satisfaction while maintaining the operating budget. The Assistant Food and Beverage Manager will also ensure that standards and legal obligations are followed.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing day-to-day operations of the food and beverage department

• Order F&B supplies, cleaning supplies, and uniforms as needed

• Supervise daily F&B shift operations and ensure compliance with all F&B policies, standards, and procedures

• Support and supervise an effective monthly self-inspection program

• Operate all department equipment as necessary and report malfunctions

• Supervise staffing levels to ensure that guest service and operations are running smoothly

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
