Hyatt Regency Dallas is seeking an experienced Bartender to join our award-winning team. You will craft drinks, read the room, and deliver consistently high-quality cocktails in a fast-paced hotel bar.

Ideal candidates hold current TABC and Food Handler certifications, 2–3 years in a high-volume setting, and a passion for mixology. You’ll upsell thoughtfully, work nights and weekends, and contribute to a welcoming guest experience.

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Current TABC & Food Handler certifications
• At least 2-3 years of bartending experience in a high‑volume bar, restaurant, lounge, or hotel
• Solid knowledge of classic cocktails, modern mixology trends, spirits, wine, and beer
• Ability to upsell naturally and read guests well
• Strong, clear verbal communication skills
• Experience with POS systems, cash handling, bar prep, and inventory basics
• Commitment to maintaining a clean, organized, visually appealing bar
• Flexible, reliable, team‑focused mindset
• Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and events
