National Vision's America’s Best stores in Texas are seeking an Assistant Eyeglass Manager to lead the eyeglass department, drive sales, and ensure exceptional customer service across the team.

You will oversee operations, staffing, and merchandising, coach Opticians and sales associates, and collaborate with store leadership to hit goals. The store promotes a supportive environment and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Optical sales experience is required; supervising experience preferred.
• Proven ability to lead, coach and build associate relationships.
• Strong communication skills (oral and written) for effective management of teams.
• Strong organizational skills for planning work and monitoring progress.
• Ability to analyze, create and understand financial reports.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze and solve problems of varied scope.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and achieve profit, sales and performance goals.
• Oversee the eyeglass department to ensure efficiency and compliance with policies.
• Convey a commitment to outstanding customer service and ensure the same from associates.
• Ensure quality standards are met; review remakes and enforce policies.
• Communicate with leadership and provide store reporting as required.
• Manage promotions, advertising, and visual merchandising awareness.
