Job summary

Hilton Hotels is seeking an Assistant Executive Steward at Hilton Hawaiian Village Waikiki Beach Resort to oversee stewarding operations, maintain inventory of china, glassware, linen and silver, and support sanitation, equipment maintenance and cost management across the property.

You will coach and develop the stewarding team, ensure regulatory compliance, and help uphold the highest cleanliness and safety standards for guests and staff alike.

Qualifications

• Experience in stewarding or hospitality operations preferred.
• Ability to monitor inventory and sanitation across a large property.
• Capacity to coach and develop team members and manage schedules.

Responsibilities

• Support inventory control for china, glassware, linen and silver across operations.
• Monitor sanitation to ensure health and safety compliance.
• Oversee equipment maintenance and functionality.
• Assist with cost management and identify savings opportunities.
• Support day-to-day team oversight, scheduling and coaching.
• Maintain regulatory standards for guest and team wellbeing.
