Job summary

Colonial Group is seeking a Stewarding Supervisor in Hawaii (Culinary & Stewarding division). The role focuses on maintaining a sanitary environment and providing clean wares for Food & Beverage and Food Preparation Departments.

Qualifications

• TB clearance required by Department of Health.
• Food Safety Certification, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Train, schedule, supervise and handle administrative functions for Steward Department according to hotel and golf club policies.
• Delegate dish and equipment washing and silver polishing activities.
• Direct staff to maintain cleanliness of back of house areas including kitchen, storage, dumpster, loading dock, staff cafeteria and ware washing areas.
• Maintain general cleaning schedule to meet health inspection requirements.
• Coordinate distribution of China, glassware and silverware and manage equipment storage.
