Cooper's Hawk Winery is seeking an Assistant Executive Kitchen Manager to lead a high-volume scratch kitchen in partnership with the Executive Kitchen Manager. You will drive food quality, safety, and team development while delivering an exceptional guest experience.

The role oversees kitchen operations, staffing, and training, with a compensation range of $70,000-$80,000/year plus 10% bonus potential. The final salary is based on experience, skills, and internal pay equity.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of management experience in a full-service restaurant environment.
• Scratch kitchen experience preferred.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Direct kitchen operations across dish, prep, and line stations.
• Review schedules and manage operating systems.
• Lead kitchen training, food execution, and new menu roll-outs.
• Coordinate with front-of-house to ensure smooth service.
• Assist with inventory, ordering, and cost controls.
