Job summary

Cooper’s Hawk Winery is seeking an Assistant Executive Kitchen Manager to help lead a high-volume scratch kitchen and partner with the Executive Kitchen Manager to ensure food quality, consistency, and safety.

You will focus on leadership, training, and execution, guiding dish, prep, and line stations, managing schedules, and maintaining strong kitchen operations to deliver an outstanding guest experience.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of management experience in a full-service restaurant; scratch kitchen experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to read, understand and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Direct kitchen operations across dish, prep, and line stations.
• Review schedules and manage operating systems.
• Oversee supply ordering and inventory.
• Lead kitchen training and menu roll-outs.
• Ensure food safety and quality standards.
• Collaborate with the Executive Kitchen Manager and General Manager to drive results.
