What You’ll Do
- Manage kitchen operations, including Kitchen Managers and Team Members
- Ensure adherence to policies and manage operational systems
- Coordinate between kitchen and front of house
- Represent Cooper’s Hawk brand and values
- Participate in hiring, schedule review, and team development
- Lead community meetings and coach managers
- Oversee training, food quality, menu rollouts, and system initiatives
- Conduct line checks, oversee supply ordering and inventory
- Maintain food safety standards and professional image
- Assist with inventory procedures and financial results
- Operate POS, scheduling, inventory software, and Microsoft Office
- Uphold a safe, healthy, and respectful work environment
- Perform other duties as assigned
What You’ll Need
- 2-3 years management experience in a full-service restaurant; scratch kitchen experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to read, understand, and communicate in English
- Financial acumen
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Certifications such as ServSafe and relevant licensing
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long hours
- Work 50-60 hours weekly, including weekends and holidays
