Role Overview

As an Assistant Executive Kitchen Manager, you will help lead our scratch kitchen, producing inspired culinary items paired with our wines. You will partner with the Executive Kitchen Manager to ensure operational excellence, growth, and high-quality food and guest experience.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee kitchen operations, including managing Kitchen Managers and staff
  • Ensure policies, safety standards, and food quality are maintained
  • Collaborate between kitchen and front of house
  • Participate in hiring, scheduling, training, and development
  • Manage inventory, costs, and financial results
  • Operate systems like POS, scheduling, and inventory software
  • Uphold a professional, respectful work environment
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • 2-3 years management in a full-service restaurant, scratch kitchen experience preferred
  • Strong communication and financial skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Certifications like ServSafe preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long hours, and work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
