Ascent Hospitality is seeking an Assistant Executive Housekeeper in Fairburn, GA to support the Executive Housekeeper and ensure top-notch cleanliness and guest satisfaction. The role involves training staff, conducting room inspections, inventory control, and coordinating with Laundry and Maintenance.

Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills are required, with a willingness to work weekends and long hours in a fast-paced hotel environment.

• Prior housekeeping experience is required in a hospitality setting.
• Strong initiative and work ethic.
• Punctual, reliable, and regular attendance.
• Ability to work weekends, holidays and irregular hours.
• Strong attention to detail and customer-service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cleanliness and product quality in guest rooms, public spaces, and related areas according to standards.
• Monitor team performance and provide feedback to the Executive Housekeeper.
• Assist with inventory control of linens and supplies; coordinate with Laundry and Maintenance.
• Provide training and guidance to team members; support scheduling and daily operations.
• Collaborate with Front Office to ensure guest room satisfaction and timely communication of status.
• Ensure safety and proper use of chemicals, cleaning supplies, and labeling in line with regulations.
