Job summary

MasterCorp, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Executive Housekeeper to manage site housekeeping operations and support the Executive Housekeeper in budget goals and client relations.

The AEH will lead housekeepers, housepersons, and supervisors to maintain cleanliness standards and timely turnover across all units. The role requires coordinating with resort management, conducting safety briefings, and training staff in the 7-Steps to Clean.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Two years of experience with progressive responsibility in similar role.
• English communication; bi-lingual Spanish a plus.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Create and post schedules by 5:00 PM every Thursday; assigns daily tasks to housekeepers and supervisors.
• Adjust work based on needs and callouts.
• Monitor daily hours to meet budgeted hours.
• Inspect rooms and common areas for cleanliness standards.
• Provide ongoing performance feedback to staff and coach for productivity.
• Conduct weekly training meetings with supervisors and all staff.
