Job summary

MasterCorp, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Executive Housekeeper (AEH) in Branson, MO to lead site housekeeping operations, ensuring quality and timeliness under the EH and budget constraints.

The AEH will coach staff, manage schedules, monitor hours, and drive engagement and safety across the team. The role requires strong English communication, leadership skills, and hospitality experience; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred and Microsoft Office proficiency is expected.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Two years of related experience with progressive responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Create and post schedules by Thursday 5:00 PM; assign tasks to housekeepers and supervisors.
• Monitor hours to align with budgeted hours.
• Supervise housekeeping operations in absence of Executive Housekeeper.
• Conduct weekly training and monthly staff meetings.
• Interview, select, and onboard new team members; provide orientations.
• Manage inventory and report maintenance issues; ensure safety compliance.
