Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum two years of progressive management responsibility.
• Strong analytical ability with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proven problem solving and reasoning skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the site housekeeping operations to meet KPIs and budget targets.
• Walk the site daily to ensure policies, standards, and processes are followed.
• Monitor quality, timeliness, and budget metrics; drive improvements.
• Maintain equipment and inventory; ensure safety and compliance.
