Naples Hotel Group is seeking an Assistant Executive Housekeeper in Leesburg, FL. You will lead the housekeeping team, oversee guest rooms, public areas, laundry, and supply storage, and drive guest satisfaction while upholding our brand standards.

You will train staff, supervise shift activities, and collaborate with other departments to fulfill service requests. The role requires a professional appearance and flexibility, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of housekeeping experience, preferably in hotel/resort.
• Previous supervisory or lead experience is highly preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for interdepartmental interaction.
• Basic computer skills including email, word processing, and housekeeping systems.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily property walks to inspect cleanliness of guest rooms and public areas.
• Delegate daily room assignments and distribute task lists to staff.
• Respond to front desk requests and assign tasks accordingly.
• Inspect rooms for quality and adherence to brand standards.
• Maintain and report status of rooms to the front desk.
• Assist with inventory of linens and cleaning supplies.
