Ascent Hospitality in Gulfport, MS is seeking an Assistant Executive Housekeeper to support the Executive Housekeeper and ensure guest room cleanliness and product quality. The role includes training, inspections, and inventory control to drive 100 percent guest satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have prior supervisory experience in hospitality, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage schedules and conduct inspections.

Competenze

• Must have prior experience in Supervisor or Manager role.
• Previous experience in a hotel preferred.
• Must have excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Must have basic mathematical skills.
• Must be able to apply basic principles and techniques of supervision.

• Ensure cleanliness and quality standards for guest rooms and public spaces.
• Monitor team performance and provide feedback to improve service.
• Maintain inventory control and supply usage.
