Job summary

Cascadia Senior Living in Keizer, OR is seeking an Assistant Executive Director to provide exceptional leadership, oversee operations and supervise staff and departments, ensuring a joyful, engaged community for residents and families.

The AED will partner with the Executive Director, implement policies, manage budgets and vendor relationships, hire and develop staff, and lead meetings to advance the organization’s Mission and Values.

Qualifications

• 21+ years old with administrator training or direct care experience.
• Associate degree (or higher) in health, social work, business, etc., with admin training.
• Supervisory experience preferred and ability to manage staff.

Responsibilities

• Inspires a joyful, vibrant community and recognizes staff.
• Leads daily stand-up and monthly All Staff meetings.
• Oversees resident programs, projects and survey processes.
• Ensures compliance with policies, budgets and vendor contracts.
• Recruits, trains, mentors and evaluates personnel; handles performance reviews.
• Hosts town hall meetings with residents and families.
