Job summary

Cascade Valley Assisted Living and Memory Care in Milton-Freewater, OR seeks an Executive Director with entrepreneurial spirit to oversee the facility's overall management and ensure compassionate, compliant operations.

Must hold an Oregon RCFA license; preferred two years as ED in a similar setting; you will lead financial, quality, HR, facilities, and community relations while upholding state and federal regulations.

Qualifications

• RCFA license required for Oregon facilities.
• Two years of Executive Director experience preferred in assisted living.
• Knowledge of state and federal nursing home regulations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial management of the facility.

JOB SUMMARY:

Cascade Valley Assisted Living and Memory Care is currently seeking an Executive Director that possesses an intuitive, flexible and entrepreneurial spirit. As an Executive Director you are responsible for the overall management of a facility.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Financial Management

• Quality Management

• Human Resource Management

• Physical Plant Management

• Marketing & Community Relations

• Familiarity with State Nursing Center rules and regulations, and applicable Federal and State laws.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for communicating with Center staff and customers.

EDUCATION, LICENSURE, AND EXPERIENCE:

• Required: Oregon Residential Care Facility Administrator (RCFA) License

• Preferred: Two years’ experience as an Executive Director of an Assisted Living Facility
