Qualifications

• 1–2 years supervisory experience in a high-volume kitchen.
• Strong communication skills and ability to lead teams.
• Demonstrates financial acumen and cost-control awareness.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 1–2 kitchen departments including dish, prep, and/or line.
• Maintain professional image and uphold culinary and safety standards.
• Use POS, scheduling, inventory systems, and MS Office to stay organized.
• Help execute new menu roll-outs, kitchen initiatives, and private events.
• Hire, train, and develop hourly kitchen team members.
• Ensure adherence to food safety and kitchen policies.
• Lead department meetings and collaborate with front-of-house teams.
