Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Assistant Event Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in planning, coordinating, and executing various events that cater to our clients' needs. As an Assistant Event Coordinator, you will assist in all stages of event planning, from conceptualization to execution, which includes developing event proposals, managing logistics, and ensuring everything runs smoothly on the day of the event.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning and execution of events of various sizes and types.
  • Coordinate with vendors, venues, and clients to ensure all event requirements are met.
  • Maintain and manage event budgets, including tracking expenses and processing payments.
  • Compile detailed event agendas and timelines to ensure all stakeholders are informed.
  • Help with the creation and distribution of event marketing materials.
  • Assist in setting up and breaking down events, ensuring all logistical needs are addressed.

Skills Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Communications, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in event planning or coordination, preferred but not required.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software.
