Job summary

Cherokee Marina in Lebanon, TN seeks an Assistant Dockmaster to oversee dock operations and guest services. You will supervise dock hands, help maintain the dock and surrounding grounds, and support daily resort activities under the General Manager’s guidance.

Ideal candidates have strong people skills, the ability to work in varying weather, and availability on weekends and holidays during peak season. boating knowledge is a plus and previous supervision experience is preferred.

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Assistant Dockmaster to join our team. Qualifications & Skills

• Ability to work in varying weather conditions, including hot and cold temperatures.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays during peak season.
• Good people skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with customers, guests, and team members.
• Knowledge of boating and the surrounding lake area is a plus.
• Experience in supervising or leading a team is preferred.
