Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Distribution Center Manager to lead all facility operations in Tallahassee, FL. You will supervise drivers, supervisors, leads and distribution center associates to ensure accurate and timely shipments, safety, and compliance.

The right candidate will have a B.S./B.A. in business or operations, 2+ years of leadership in distribution or logistics, strong communication, budgeting and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently and with a team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or operations preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of operations leadership experience.
• Experience managing fleet under DOT compliance is a plus.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to lead teams and manage budgets.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all facility operations including scheduling and driver management.
• Manage day-to-day DC operations and ensure timely shipments and paperwork.
• Enforce safety, policies, and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and coordinate with cost controls.
• Recruit, train, and coach distribution center staff.
