Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of Student Parent Programs and grant-funded initiatives.
• Recruit, train, and supervise 5-10 undergraduate student employees.
• Provide non-clinical case management and connect students with campus resources.
• Coordinate grant-funded programs and monitor participant outcomes.
• Develop outreach and trainings for student parents and campus partners.
• Manage program finances, budgets, and grant reporting.
• Maintain records and ensure compliance with funding and university policies.
