Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field is required or preferred.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships with students, faculty and partners.
• Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills are essential.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide career advising to Isenberg School students for internships and jobs.
• Develop advising programs and learning tools for targeted career searches.
• Lead projects supporting student career development and program goals.
• Review resumes, conduct practice interviews, and coach job-search strategies.
• Source job and internship leads from various channels to support students.
