Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• At least two years of experience in student activities within a college or university setting.
• Experience in content creation and social media strategy, group facilitation, and instructional design for personalized learning.
• Able to work evenings and weekends.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a car.

Responsibilities

• Foster relationships with students, faculty, staff, alumni, and community partners to strengthen the university experience.
• Design, implement, and assess student activities and assist events team with large-scale events and retention programs.
• Maintain records of expenditures and support budget assessments and reports.
• Lead major events like Welcome Weeks, Spooktacular, and other initiatives.
• Coordinate off-quarter orientations and travel across locations.
• Oversee student clubs and organizations and serve as main contact for university resources.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety practices, and location standards.
• Collaborate on content creation for promotions and social media management.
