Job summary

Georgia Southern University is seeking an Office of Institutional Engagement Coordinator to support the Assistant Director in developing and delivering employee engagement, mentoring, and professional development initiatives.

You will analyze program data from LMS and CRM systems, collaborate with campus partners, and promote standardized processes through training sessions and dashboards for leadership alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Two or more years of related work experience.
• Presentation or facilitation experience.
• Experience in program or event coordination.
• Master's Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Assistant Director to create, implement, and assess OIE employee engagement, recognition, and professional development initiatives.
• Administer assessment tools and processes, including data collection, analysis, and reporting that support continuous improvement and program evaluation.
• Lead assessment of the LMS and the CRM to identify and address gaps in skills and knowledge.
• Coordinate campus-wide engagement initiatives with campus partners and leadership.
• Develop and deliver workshops to promote standardized systems and processes.
• Prepare dashboards, reports, and materials communicating outcomes to leadership.
• Coordinate communications and outreach for engagement, learning, mentoring, and recognition initiatives.
• Coordinate daily office operations and provide administrative support for priorities and timelines.
