Qualifications

• Minimum hiring standards: Bachelor's degree and three years of supervisory/management experience.
• Preferred qualifications: at least 2 years of higher education experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic engagement plans that increase alumni participation, institutional affinity, and lifelong engagement.
• Create meaningful experiences and engagement opportunities that foster connection, belonging, and pride among alumni and constituents.
• Identify emerging engagement opportunities and constituent communities that support institutional priorities.
• Establish annual goals, participation metrics, and success measures for assigned engagement initiatives.
• Collaborate with colleges, schools, and university partners to align constituent engagement efforts with university objectives.
• Evaluate engagement outcomes and constituent feedback to inform future planning and continuous improvement.
• Lead regional networks, build affinity-based communities, recruit and steward volunteer leaders, and develop leadership structures for long-term sustainability.
• Develop strategies for the Young Alumni Network and engagement across the alumni lifecycle.
• Create a comprehensive volunteer engagement framework and collaborate with Board Engagement to prepare high-potential volunteers for advisory and board service.
