Qualifications

• Master of Science in Nursing or related healthcare/public health discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of healthcare leadership experience is required.
• Experience as a Registered Nurse is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operations Management: ensure daily clinical operations align with policies and oversee SHS operations.
• Health & Wellness Programming: develop and implement evidence-based programs for student health and wellness.
• Staff Development: assist in recruiting, onboarding and ongoing staff education and competency development.
• Public Health: participate in campus public health assessments and oversee immunization compliance and insurance enrollment.
