Job summary

Learning Care seeks an Assistant Director to oversee daily operations at our Fort Worth area childcare centers. You will lead staff, ensure compliance with licensing standards, and support a safe, nurturing environment for children and families.

The role emphasizes leadership, program quality, and staff development, aligning with our commitment to flexible schedules and family-friendly benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must have previous leadership experience and at least 1 year of experience working in a licensed childcare facility.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must meet state requirements for education and our center/school requirements.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the school is operating in accordance with company and state licensing standards.
• Foster an educational, caring, safe environment for the children and parents.
• Spark imagination, build self-esteem, and help children discover new things each day.
• Promote the positive image of Learning Care and be a leader in the communities we serve.
