Job summary

Villanova Prep in Ojai, California seeks a special assistant to the president to join its leadership team. You will work closely with admissions and development, building active relationships with alumni, parents, friends, prospective donors and prospective students.

The role covers Admissions, Development and Board Relations, with a focus on processing applications, guiding interviews, and coordinating fundraising campaigns.

Qualifications

• Seven to ten years of experience in growth in sales, fundraising or enrollment.
• Bachelor’s degree required; a master’s degree preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and networking skills.
• Experience with Raiser's Edge and Finalsite.
• Knowledge of the Catholic faith and commitment to Church teaching.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing and admissions programs for domestic boarders.
• Engage donors, manage cultivation and solicitations, and meet fundraising targets.
• Identify and recruit board members, and assist in board relations.
