Job summary

Enterprise Community Partners is seeking an Assistant Director to support a portfolio of EPF sponsors, coordinating due diligence, underwriting input, and portfolio reviews. You will educate sponsors on financing options and facilitate access to technical assistance while maintaining strong internal and external relationships.

The role requires extensive collaboration across teams, travel up to 30%, and a focus on scaling partner capacity while managing risk.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in finance/real estate with underwriting experience.

Responsibilities

• Client engagement with a portfolio of real-estate developers across geographies.
• Identify lending and investment opportunities and ensure proper hand-off to underwriting.
• Collaborate on underwriting for credit packages and perform site visits and 3rd-party reviews.
• Assist with development of innovative programs and respond to investor requests.
• Coordinate with Enterprise teams to leverage resources and advance strategic goals.
