Job summary

Enterprise Community Partners is seeking an Asset Manager, Real Estate Equity to oversee a portfolio of restricted affordable housing and workforce housing investments. You will conduct site visits, analyze financials, and drive workouts or modifications to business plans while protecting investor returns.

You will coordinate with General Partners, lenders, and regulatory agencies to implement strategies, negotiate resolutions, and support ESG and affordability initiatives across multiple funds.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in real estate, finance, accounting or related field.
• 5-7+ years’ experience with real estate, housing programs, finance, accounting or property management.
• Strong financial analysis skills are required.
• Familiarity with loan documents, partnership agreements, contracts and other legal documents is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage real estate portfolio of approximately 15–20 properties for Real Estate Equity funds.
• Identify and mitigate risks via reporting tools and on-site visits with partners and property managers.
• Review and evaluate monthly property performance against proforma and budget; provide recommendations.
