Job summary

Boston University Wheelock College of Education & Human Development seeks a Director of Programs for the Center for STEM Professional Learning. The role directs program development, coordination, and implementation across initiatives, while supporting proposal development with the Center Director.

You will organize program activities, engage a 400+ facilitator network, coordinate partner-facing work, and help develop tools that strengthen operations and external projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor's degree and several years of program coordination or related experience.
• Experience in higher education, nonprofit administration, or education programs is preferred.
• Strong ability to manage partnerships and coordinate across multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate planning and execution of Center initiatives across multiple programs.
• Translate priorities into project plans, timelines, and implementation supports.
• Develop educator-facing resources and partner-facing materials; track progress.
