Job summary

Boston University seeks an Associate Director of Career Champions Network to lead career readiness integration across the student experience. You will build partnerships with faculty, advisors, and campus units and lead the Career Champions network to foster student career development.

You will also oversee data practices, budgeting, and collaboration across departments to strengthen BU's career ecosystem. The role requires a Master's degree plus 5–8 years in relevant work, with a Doctoral

Qualifications

• Master's degree in higher education, student affairs, education, counseling, or related field plus 5–8 years in career services or higher ed.
• Doctoral degree, teaching experience, and/or curriculum development or faculty engagement preferred.
• Experience forming cross-campus partnerships with faculty and advisors.
• Experience designing and evaluating educational programs and workshops.
• Ability to use data to inform decisions and report on programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and sustain partnerships with faculty and campus partners to integrate career readiness.
• Lead CCD's Career Champions network and coordinate training, communications, and resources.
• Advance Career Everywhere initiative and align academic partnerships with career education priorities.
• Collect, analyze, and report data; manage budgetary resources as assigned.
• Represent CCD at events and professional associations; stay current on trends in career education.
