Job summary

Community Services Group (CSG) in Lancaster, PA, is seeking an Assistant Director for the Business Operations Center of Excellence. You will supervise a process team, guide day-to-day operations, and partner with leadership to deliver excellent service.

The role requires a mix of education and experience in medical practice and behavioral health, with strong supervision and training capabilities. The position is based at CSG’s Lancaster Mental Health Outpatient office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field with 2 years of medical practice experience.
• Associate degree with 3 years of experience and behavioral health exposure.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience; supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Promote excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
• Manage day-to-day operations including scheduling and clear team instructions.
• Develop strategy to achieve team outcomes using up-to-date standards within scope.
• Develop educational and training materials and provide staff support.
• Collaborate with leadership and program partners to ensure smooth operations.
• Support rapid improvement processes to address quality issues.
• Participate in interviewing, hiring, training, and disciplining team members.
• Support performance management aligned with defining objectives.
• Engage team to deliver high-quality service.
• Use analytics to measure effectiveness and provide feedback to stakeholders.
• Maintain extensive knowledge of CSG programs and processes.
• Promote consistency across the organization.
