Community Services Group (CSG) seeks an Assistant Director to lead a process team within the Business Operations Center of Excellence. The role supervises staff, provides guidance, and partners with internal and external customers to deliver excellent service and value.
Based at CSG's Lancaster Mental Health Outpatient office, the position requires coordinating daily operations, training, and performance management, with a focus on rapid process improvement and collaboration with leadership.

The Assistant Director is the front line manager of an assigned process team within the Business Operations Center of Excellence. This manager will oversee the day to day operations and provide direction, instruction and guidance to the team members. This role will provide direct supervision of employees. The Assistant Director will develop a strong partnership with internal and external customers and leadership to deliver excellent service and value utilizing business operations defining objectives. The Assistant Director reports directly to the Director of Client Experience.
This position is based out of CSG's Lancaster Mental Health Outpatient office.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm, with flexibility.
Salary: $50,000/year
This position requires one of the following combinations of education and experience:
Bachelor's degree in related field along with 2 years' experience working in a medical practice and additional experience with behavioral health preferred; OR
an Associate Degree with 3 years of experience and additional experience with behavioral health preferred; OR
an equivalent combination of education and experience. Must have at least one year of experience in a supervisory capacity.
Physical requirements of this position include the ability to see well enough to do things like drive and read, hear well enough to be able to communicate with others, and be able to hear things like a smoke alarm and phone ringing, as well as be able to ambulate throughout locations including climbing stairs, stooping and kneeling as needed. Must have finger and manual dexterity to make accurate, coordinated movements of fingers, arms, hands to grasp, move or carry objects, be able to bend and reach.
