Job summary

Community Services Group (CSG) seeks an Assistant Director to lead a process team within the Business Operations Center of Excellence. The role supervises staff, provides guidance, and partners with internal and external customers to deliver excellent service and value.

Based at CSG's Lancaster Mental Health Outpatient office, the position requires coordinating daily operations, training, and performance management, with a focus on rapid process improvement and collaboration with leadership.

Qualifications

• Must have supervisory experience and ability to manage daily operations.
• Experience in medical practice and familiarity with behavioral health is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote excellence by providing extraordinary customer service to internal and external customers.
• Manage day-to-day operations, including scheduling and team communications.
• Develop strategies to achieve team objectives using current standards.
• Create educational materials and provide staff training and technical assistance.
• Collaborate with leadership and partners to ensure smooth operations.
• Support rapid improvement to address quality of staff, systems, and environment.
• Participate in interviewing, hiring, training, and performance management.
• Engage the team to deliver high-quality service and measure progress using analytics.
