Job summary

White House Gifts in Washington, DC, is seeking an Assistant Director of Retail Operations to lead daily store operations, coach staff, and drive customer experiences in a high-volume tourism environment.

You will work closely with the Director of Retail Operations to optimize labor, streamline processes, coordinate store and warehouse workflows, and uphold a culture of hospitality and excellence for visitors from around the world.

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organized, energetic, and solutions-oriented leader to work directly alongside our Director of Retail Operations in overseeing daily store operations, supporting warehouse coordination, developing teams, and driving operational excellence.

• Support daily retail and operational leadership in a high-volume tourism environment
