Job summary

One Hope United seeks an Assistant Director of Programs to oversee case management services and day‑to‑day operations in Sebring, FL. The role includes supervising case managers and coordinating with the Lead Agency to ensure program success and fiscal soundness.

The position focuses on improving service quality, meeting performance targets, and supporting staff growth while working primarily from the Sebring office with occasional travel to nearby locations.

Qualifications

• MA/MS degree in Social Work, Criminology, Psychology, Sociology, Counseling, Special Education, Education, Human Development, Child Development, Family Development, Marriage & Family Therapy, or Nursing from an accredited college or university preferred.
• 4 years in Human Services with 3 years of direct experience with children and families required.
• 2 years' experience of successful administration and supervision required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee case management services and coordinate day-to-day operations and financial management of programs in a geographic area.
• Supervise and support case management staff and lead agency oversight in absence of supervisor.
• Coordinate with community/regional committees and partners to meet program goals and performance targets.
• Monitor program expenditures to ensure they are reasonable and within budget parameters.
• Develop and maintain interagency agreements/contracts within the lead agency area.
