You will guide teams in Motivational Interviewing and Family Team Conferencing, using trauma-informed approaches to support at‑risk families and reduce maltreatment risk.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human services or related field.
• Minimum of three years child welfare experience.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Supervise delivery of services and staff in the assigned program.
• Refer to community partnerships to support families.
• Assign referrals to the Family Support Facilitators monthly.
• Ensure accurate documentation in FSFN database.
• Monitor client safety and program budgets.
