The Dupont Circle Hotel in Washington, DC, part of The Doyle Collection, seeks an experienced Assistant Director of People & Culture to lead colleague experience and lifecycle initiatives. You will work with the Director of People & Culture to support recruitment, onboarding, engagement, learning and wellbeing programs, and performance management across the hotel.

Working closely with the Director of People & Culture, you will play a key role in supporting all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, engagement, learning and development, employee relations, performance management and wellbeing initiatives. You'll help foster a culture that reflects our values, supports our people and delivers an exceptional employee experience.
