Competenze

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with a current RN license.
• Minimum 3 years of clinical experience; at least 2 years in nursing supervision in long-term care.
• Knowledge of the MDS process and state/federal regulations.

Mansioni

• Serve as a clinical operational liaison between nursing units and the Director of Nursing.
• Oversee the quality of clinical operations to ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Collaborate on budgeting for the nursing department.
• Mentor staff to achieve top-of-license practice and assist with staffing.
