Frontier Senior Living is seeking a Health Services Director (RN, LVN, or LPN) for Summer Wood Alzheimer's Special Care in Moses Lake, WA. You will guide the Health Services Department and ensure high-quality resident care with trained staff oversight.

The role requires WA licensure and a passion for elderly care, plus eligibility for relocation reimbursement up to $3,000 and participation in performance-based bonus programs.

Competenze

• Active nursing licensure in Washington (RN/LVN/LPN) required.
• Experience in long-term care or senior living administration preferred.
• Ability to delegate while maintaining accountability.

Mansioni

• Oversee Health Services Department and care quality for residents.
• Train and supervise Med Aides and Licensed Nurses.
• Ensure compliance with state/federal regulations and budgets.
• Coordinate with Executive Director and Resident Care Coordinator.
• Maintain and audit MARs and incident documentation.
• Monitor infection control, assessments and service plans.
