Genesis HealthCare in Moses Lake, WA is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing to support the Director of Nursing in delivering high-quality care and efficient nursing operations. This role focuses on collaboration across units, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving positive clinical outcomes and staff satisfaction.

The position requires an active RN license, a minimum of 3 years of clinical experience with at least 2 years in supervision in long-term care, and strong knowledge of MDS

Qualifikationen

Must hold a current RN license in the state.
Minimum 3 years full-time clinical experience; at least 2 years in nursing supervision in long-term care.
Knowledge of MDS process, state nurse practice acts, and state/federal regulations.

Aufgaben

Serve as clinical operational liaison between nursing units and the Director of Nursing.
Ensure quality of clinical operations, compliance with Genesis policies and regulations.
Collaborate on budgeting for the nursing department and resource allocation.
Mentor staff toward top-of-license practice and continuous improvement.
Assist with nurse staffing, evaluations, interviews and orientation.
